2001-02: Competed in just one race during the cross country season...finished third (19:16) at the University of New Hampshire Invitational on 9/7...did not compete during the indoor track season...returned to action during the outdoor track season to win the 3,000 meters in a time of 10:07 at the Iona College Season Opener on 3/22...finished 15th (17:12.85) in the 5,000 meters at the Raleigh Relays on 3/30...ran a personal best time of 4:37.94 in the 1,500 meters at the UConn Invitational on 4/5...placed second (9:51.53) in the 3,000 meters at the Brown Invitational on 4/13...ran a personal best time of 17:12.14 and finished 16th in the 5,000 meters at the Mt. Sac Relays on 4/20...ran a personal best time of 35:33.23 in the 10,000 meters and finished third at the BIG EAST Championship on 5/4...finished seventh (36:29.32) in the 10,000 meters at the ECAC Championship on 5/19.

2000-01: Did not compete during cross country and outdoor seasons... was on the winning (12:11.33) DMR team at the New England Challenge (Jan. 20) ... Placed second (10:00.68) at URI Invitational (Feb. 5) and was on second-place (12:03.31) DMR team at Valentine's Invitational (Feb. 11).

1999-00: Placed eighth (9:58.44) in the 3,000 meters at the BIG EAST Outdoor Championship ... finished 18th (9:42.51) in the 3,000 meters championship at the Penn Relays on 4/27 ... member of the 4 x 1,500 meters relay squad that placed first (18:19.77) at the Raleigh Relays on 3/31 ... finished 15th in the 3,000 meters at the NCAA Indoor Championship (3/10) in a time of 9:43.92 ... won the 3,000 meters at the Valentine Invitational (2/12) in a time of 9:22.81 ... placed first in the 1,000 meters in a time of 2:58.20 and was on the 4 x 800 meter relay team that placed first (9:34.82) at the Challenge Cup on 1/14 ... won the mile in a time of 5:03.38 at Boston University on 12/4 ... was PC's top finisher in five of the team's six cross country races ... earned All-American accolades by placing 29th at the NCAA Cross Country Championship (11/22) in a time of 17:31.50 ... won the individual title (17:12) at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championship (11/13) ... finished third (17:36) at the BIG EAST Cross Country Championship on 10/30 ... placed second (17:25) at the New England Cross Country Championship on 10/15 ... finished 12th (18:08) at the Roy Griak Invitational on 9/25 ... won the University of Rhode Island Invitational (9/11) in a time of 17:47 ... placed second at a dual meet at the University of New Hampshire (9/3) in a time of 19:00.
